Overview of Job Description
As a college counselor, you will take part and lead the initial consultations with prospective students/parents. You will build a developing casework and relationship with the students; gather and provide necessary resources to help enhance students’ academic competitiveness; advise students on academic/extracurricular/financial choices to help with their on-going college application process.

As a counselor you are expected to be able to evaluate students’ qualifications (strength and weakness), create and build personalized casework in cooperation with students, and be able to consult and guide students in identifying their desired fields of study.
